IMPORTANT

Each insurance plan is different, and the co-payments and deductibles for therapy can vary depending on the individual's plan. It's important to check with your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits and what your out-of-pocket cost for therapy will be. Some insurance plans may cover the entire cost of therapy, while others may require you to pay a co-pay or meet a deductible before coverage begins. Additionally, some insurance plans may only cover certain types of therapy or limit the number of sessions covered. By checking with your insurance provider, you can better understand your benefits and what to expect in terms of cost for therapy.

Our policy is to discourage clients from subpoenaing their therapist or requesting records for the purpose
of litigation, as we prioritize the integrity of our therapeutic relationships and our clients' well-being above
all else. While we do offer testimony services, it's important to note that the testimony may not necessarily
be solely in favor of the client. Additionally, please note that while you are responsible for the court fee,
this does not guarantee that the testimony will be solely in the client's favor.

Starting from January 1, 2022, if you are uninsured or do not plan to submit your claim to your health plan, healthcare providers and facilities are required to provide you with a "good faith estimate" of expected charges before providing you with any item or service. This estimate is not a bill but rather an approximation of the expected charges. Providers and facilities must provide you with a good faith estimate upon request or when you schedule an item or service. The estimate should include expected charges for the primary item or service you will receive, as well as any other items or services that are part of the same experience.
